The house has a double bedroom and two single sofa beds on the ground floor. You will then find a kitchen and two bathrooms.
Overview
The area in which the apartment is located features the famous and monumental Hotel Excelsior and also the site of the important Venice Film Festival, whose pavilions are about 200 mt d away.
The beaches are fee-paying but within walking distance or with a bicycle, you can get to the free beach in a short time. There are many good restaurants and bars in the area. The nearest supermarket is not far from the vaporetto stop.
You can reach the historic center of Venice by vaporetto in half an hour to forty-five minutes.

The apartment is completely at your disposal.
The only thing you have to do is to enjoy and feel at home.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. After 8pm check-ins will be charged with an extra fee of 35€ to be paid at arrival. SELF-CHECK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Early check-in will be available starting from noon but please consider that the apartment could not be ready at that time
Check-out time at 10.30 am.
In case of events of city wide , strikes or difficult weather conditions, check-in could be delayed.
