The living room, decorated with classic furniture, invites you to relax in comfort after a day of cultural exploration. Imagine yourself relaxing on the sofa, soaking in the atmosphere created by the natural light filtering through the windows overlooking the canal.
The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped . The appliances are modern with ample space to prepare meals.
The two bedrooms, both with double beds, are classically furnished and offer a space for peaceful rest. You can then step out onto the small balcony overlooking the canal, a charming vantage point where you can sip your morning coffee while observing the boats and community life.
The bathroom, furnished with a tub and shower, is a comfortable and modern space.
The Sestiere di Castello is the most authentic and traditional side of Venice, with many residents still living there. You will feel immersed in the pleasant, quiet and colorful Venetian life.
The apartment is about 300mt from the Biennale Art Expo (Giardini) and about 20 min. walk from St. Mark’s Square. A few steps from the house you will find Via Garibaldi a very lively street full of restaurants, bars, groceries and from the morning market of fish, fruits and vegetables In the city you can easily walk everywhere.

Check-in & check-out
Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm.
After 8pm check-ins will be charged with an extra fee of 35€ to be paid at arrival.
SELF-CHECK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Early check-in will be available starting from noon but please consider that the apartment could not be ready at that time Check-out time at 10.30 am. In case of events of city wide , strikes or difficult weather conditions, check-in could be delayed.
