Nice apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which with a king-size bed and one with two single beds, a large living room, a comfortable, well-furnished kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are far enough apart to ensure your privacy. The living room has a sofa and two armchairs where you can relax in the evening after exploring the city.
The apartment is on the first floor of an independent building just for you.
The windows overlook the main road and a peaceful private garden.
All entertainment is nearby, the vegetarian market, a supermarket, pastry shops and cafes.
Overview
The neighborhood is a traditional area full of small restaurants and stores. There is a supermarket, a fish market, and a fruit and vegetable market within a 5 min. walk.
Venice’s Santa Lucia train station is a 5 min. walk, and it may take about 20-30 min. to reach Rialto and St. Mark’s Square on foot.
The Jewish ghetto with the beautiful synagogue, museum, and lovely square is 5 min away.
There are also many small traditional stores nearby and no shortage of excellent pastry shops and cafes where you can have breakfast.

The property is all at your disposal with a private and independent entrance.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. After 8pm, arrivals will be charged of an extra price of 35€ to be paid at arrival. Alternatively we can also organize a self-check-in but without any assistance early check-in is available starting from noon but please consider that the apartment could not be ready at that time.
Check-out time at 10.30 am.
In case of events of city wide , strikes or difficult weather conditions, check-in could be delayed.
