Overview
The apartment is located in the most central location in Venice, just a short walk from the beautiful Piazza San Marco, in the square of the same name. The district was the original core of the city. The square, in particular, has been the political and legal center of the Republic of Venice for almost a thousand years. From here we can admire the marvelous Doge’s Palace (seat of political power in Venice since the 9th century), the imposing St. Mark’s Basilica (the Doge’s private chapel until 1807), and the picturesque bell tower, the Venetian Maori statue on it will tell the time and the large clock will be placed on it. A unique worldview that embodies the magic of Lagoon City. The arches under the tower connect the square with the Mercerie, the city’s main commercial artery in the early days of the Republic and now home to glittering stores and representative offices. It is a short walk from the Ponte della Paglia (straw bridge) behind the Doge’s Palace to the famous Bridge of Sighs, behind the Bridge of Sighs is the beginning of the Castro district. Other places of historical and cultural interest are undoubtedly the magnificent Teatro La Fenice (the largest opera house in Venice, which has been destroyed and rebuilt several times), the Church of San Moisè, and Palazzo Grassi (reformed not long ago into a very prestigious venue) for shopping lovers, the apartment is quite close to Calle XXIV Marzo, better known as the fashion street, with its famous stores and boutiques.

Check-in & check-out
Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. After 8pm check-ins will be charged with an extra fee of 35€ to be paid at arrival.
SELF-CHECK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Early check-in will be available starting from noon but please consider that the apartment could not be ready at that time.
Check-out time at 10.30 am.
In case of events of city wide , strikes or difficult weather conditions, check-in could be delayed.
