Casa Titta

An elegant and recently wholly renovated loft in downtown Milano Located in the beating heart of Milan, between Porta Romana and Porta Vittoria, just 15 minutes from Piazza San Babila, this exclusive ground floor loft with mezzanine is a perfect base for both those who want to explore the city and those who need to stay for study or work.

The space

The apartment is located in an inner courtyard, very quiet, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The entrance opens onto a bright, airy open space in the living area. It is characterized by clean lines and tasteful furnishings: a sofa, a dining table, and an open kitchen with clean lines and the latest appliances. The atmosphere is cozy and refined. On the same floor is a large bathroom with an ante-bathroom where you will also find a washer and dryer. The furnishings are sober and contemporary but have a very Milanese taste. The loft, with a high ceiling and exposed brick, houses the sleeping area, with a large double bed and a large walk-in closet, offering all the space you need to better organize your wardrobe.
