The apartment is located in an inner courtyard, very quiet, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The entrance opens onto a bright, airy open space in the living area. It is characterized by clean lines and tasteful furnishings: a sofa, a dining table, and an open kitchen with clean lines and the latest appliances. The atmosphere is cozy and refined. On the same floor is a large bathroom with an ante-bathroom where you will also find a washer and dryer. The furnishings are sober and contemporary but have a very Milanese taste. The loft, with a high ceiling and exposed brick, houses the sleeping area, with a large double bed and a large walk-in closet, offering all the space you need to better organize your wardrobe.
The area is lively and very pleasant. Nearby are supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, and typical restaurants.
In addition, some nearby parks and gardens allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation in contact with nature.
Although the street where the apartment is located has no monumental tourist attractions, its strategic location makes it a great starting point for exploring the city.
Here are some of the most exciting attractions that you can easily reach: Cinque Giornate Square and Corso di Porta Vittoria: A shopping area with beautiful period houses.
Viale Monte Nero: This street is renowned for its antique stores and somewhat bohemian atmosphere. Fashion district and downtown: about a 15-minute walk takes you to San Babila and the fashion district, from which to explore the city’s historic center. Porta Romana: This area is famous for its nightlife, with numerous bars, restaurants, and trendy clubs.
The area is well-served by public transportation. Streetcars and buses will allow you to reach any point in the city easily. In addition, the presence of bike lanes makes the area ideal for those who like to get around by bike. The nearest streetcar stop to the Central Station or, in the opposite direction, to Porta Genova and the Navigli, is “Monte Nero-Spartaco” (line 9) The nearest subway stop is “Porta Romana” (Yellow Line) or “Dateo” (Blue Line)

Check-in is allowed from 2 pm (2 pm) to 8 pm (8 pm).
For arrivals after 8:00 pm (8 pm) there will be an additional charge of €30 upon arrival.
Arrivals after midnight are not allowed even if due to force majeure.
