The apartment is located 50 meters from Campo S. Maria Formosa, a beautiful square located near the most important sites such as Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Many typical restaurants nearby will let you taste our traditional cuisine.

S. Maria Formosa is barycentric to all major touristic attractions. 5 minutes walking from Rialto Bridge, S.Mark’s Square and Campo S.Giovanni e Paolo.
A district full of shops, restaurants and bars where you can spend beautiful moments.
In the surroundings there are many other monuments to visit like Palazzo Grimani and the Querini Stampalia historic library.
The apartment is also not far from the Vaporetto stop that brings you to the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello.

The apartment is completely at your own and exclusive disposal. IT’s on the third floor of a condo of 3 apartments.
The only thing you need to do is to enjoy and feel as in your home.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. After 8pm check-ins will be charged with an extra fee of 35€ to be paid at arrival.
SELF-CHECK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Early check-in will be available starting from noon but please consider that the apartment could not be ready at that time.
Check-out time at 10.30 am.
In case of events of city wide , strikes or difficult weather conditions, check-in could be delayed.
