The area where the flat is located is characterised by the famous and monumental Hotel Excelsior and the venue of the important Venice Film Festival, whose pavilions are about 1000 metres away.
The beaches are subject to a fee, but a short walk or bike ride will take you to the free beach called ‘Murazzi’. There are many excellent restaurants and bars in the area. The nearest supermarket is close to the vaporetto stop.
You can reach the historic centre of Venice by taking the bus and then the vaporetto.
Not far from the flat, there are also beautiful tennis courts, a gym, and, about 7 kilometres away, the famous Venice Golf Club, the venue for important world tournaments.

Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. After 8pm check-ins will be charged with an extra fee of 35€ to be paid at arrival. SELF-CHECK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Early check-in will be available starting from noon but please consider that the apartment could not be ready at that time
Check-out time at 10.30 am.
In case of events of city wide , strikes or difficult weather conditions, check-in could be delayed.
