The apartment has three stories all at your exclusive disposal with independent entrance.
The ground floor has a large living room with TV area and dining room. There’s a double sofa bed with two sleeps. A beautiful kitchen well furnished and supplied with all you need to prepare meals and breakfast. The kitchen has a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, traditional oven, and a dishwasher.
At ground floor, there’s also a little bathroom with shower and a service room with a washer.
On the first floor, you will find the main bedroom with a walk-in closet and the main bathroom with a large shower.
The lovely and cozy mansard has a double bed which, on request, can also be split into two single beds.
The apartment is near the train station and many important attractions.
The property is placed in a newly restored complex winner of an architectural prize.
Overview
The Cannaregio district is one of the liveliest but at the same time maintains an aura of authenticity that dates back to the 16th century. The nearby Strada Nova is a popular local shopping street, while the side streets are destinations for lovers of crafts and vintage goods. Informal canal-side restaurants and bars line the nearby Fondamenta della Misericordia and degli Ormesini, while the sumptuous Ca’ d’Oro palace displays a collection of Renaissance art.

The property is all at your disposal and you don’t have to share it with other guests.
By the way, as it is placed in a complex where other apartments are, we kindly ask you to be respectuf not to disturb other people.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. After 8pm check-ins will be charged with an extra fee of 35€ to be paid at arrival. SELF-CHECK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Early check-in will be available starting from noon but please consider that the apartment could not be ready at that time
Check-out time at 10.30 am.
In case of events of city wide , strikes or difficult weather conditions, check-in could be delayed.
