Delightful modern apartment in the heart of the very traditional area of Cannaregio, a few steps from the Jewish Ghetto, the Fondamenta degli Ormesini and the Campo San Leonardo market.
The apartment is bright and spacious with a splendid view over the gardens, and can accommodate up to 7 people.
Downstairs there is an independent double bedroom with private bathroom.
Upstairs a cozy children’s bedroom with a bunk bed (double + single bed), with its own private bathroom.
The luxurious master bedroom has elegant furniture, a wardrobe and a large bathroom.
You will find a fully and modernly furnished spacious kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and traditional oven.
Overview
The neighborhood is residential and very traditional. You will be close to the fruit and vegetable market of Campo San Leonardo, one of the various fish markets in the city and various grocery stores, pastry shops and bars.
You will enjoy many excellent small restaurants along the fondamenta degli Ormesini, one of the most traditional places in the city to dine or spend the evening.
How to move
The apartment is located near the Vaporetto delle Guglie stop, from where you can easily take public transport to visit the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello or go to the beach on the Venice Lido and which, via the Alilaguna shuttle, connects Venice to all Marco Polo airport.
From the same stop you can get to Piazza San Marco.
Equally close is the San Marcuola stop from which you can reach the city centre.
Piazzale Roma and Venice Santa Lucia station are 10 minutes away from the property, while the Rialto bridge is a 20-minute walk away.
Guest access
The flat is all at your disposal (no sharing place).
Also the entrance is exclusive and you don’t have to share it with any body else.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. After 8pm, arrivals will be charged of an extra price of 35€ to be paid at arrival. Alternatively we can also organize a self-check-in but without any assistance Early check-in is available starting from noon but please consider that the apartment could not be ready at that time.
Check-out time at 10.30 am.
In case of events of city wide , strikes or difficult weather conditions, check-in could be delayed.
