The house is spread over three levels, designed to ensure flexibility and privacy for every guest:
On the ground floor is the living area. A cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The ideal space to start the day with a coffee or to prepare a quick dinner with fresh produce bought at the Campo Santa Margherita market or the nearby supermarket.
On the first floor, you’ll find spaces perfect for relaxation and socializing. A bright living room featuring a comfortable queen-size sofa bed (perfect for extra guests) and a fully equipped bathroom.
On the first floor is your haven of rest. A double bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for your exclusive use. The perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a good night’s sleep after a day spent exploring the streets and canals.
Dorsoduro is the favorite district for those seeking an authentic Venetian experience: artistic and lively, yet never as chaotic as St Mark’s Square.
Staying in Dorsoduro means living in one of the city’s most charming, sought-after, and authentic districts. Dorsoduro is the ‘artistic heart’ of Venice: an area beloved by Venetians and artists alike, perfect for those wishing to escape the mass tourist crowds whilst remaining just a stone’s throw from the main attractions.
Here, the atmosphere is magical: quiet streets, sun-drenched squares, modern art galleries, and ancient noble palaces blend together in a slow, rejuvenating pace of life.
From our home, you can explore the best of Venice comfortably on foot:
Peggy Guggenheim Collection (2 minutes away): One of the world’s most iconic destinations for modern art, situated in a palace overlooking the Grand Canal. It is not just a museum; it is a unique sensory experience.
Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute: a Baroque masterpiece dominating the entrance to the Grand Canal. Strolling around the church at sunset, towards Punta della Dogana (the Pinault Foundation’s exhibition venue), offers one of the most spectacular views of St Mark’s Square and the island of San Giorgio.
Gallerie dell’Accademia: The temple of Venetian painting, where you can admire masterpieces by Titian, Tintoretto, and Veronese, as well as works by Leonardo.
Squero di San Trovaso: One of the most picturesque corners of the whole city. Here you can watch craftsmen at work building and repairing gondolas, in a setting that seems to have remained unchanged over the centuries.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. After 8pm check-ins will be charged with an extra fee of 35€ to be paid at arrival. SELF-CHECK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Early check-in will be available starting from noon but please consider that the apartment could not be ready at that time
Check-out time at 10.30 am.
In case of events of city wide , strikes or difficult weather conditions, check-in could be delayed.
