The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one of these, upon request, with a double or king-size bed), 2 bathrooms, with an equipped kitchen, and a large and spacious dining room overlooking the canal.
The property also has a private courtyard where you can spend unforgettable moments, enjoy a cocktail or have breakfast.
Beautiful place to experience a magical vacation, in a residential neighborhood with many small restaurants and grocery stores where you can taste our traditional foods.
Overview
The apartment is very close to the train station and Piazzale Roma (bus terminal), and not far from the Rialto bridge (the city centre) and Piazza San Marco.
The district
The district has many interesting monuments and sites such as the Frari church, the schools of San Rocco and San Giovanni Evangelista, the museum of natural sciences, the Cà Mocenigo museum (ancient clothes and perfumes) and the Cà Pesaro museum (modern art).
Guest access
The apartment is at your exclusive disposal, you don’t have to share it with no others.
It’s part of an antique palace where there are other properties but no one can access to your apartment.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. After 8pm, arrivals will be charged of an extra price of 35€ to be paid at arrival. Alternatively we can also organize a self-check-in but without any assistance Early check-in is available starting from noon but please consider that the apartment could not be ready at that time.
Check-out time at 10.30 am.
In case of events of city wide , strikes or difficult weather conditions, check-in could be delayed.
