Overview
The San Polo district is a very elegant residential area. In the surroundings you will find many restaurants, pizzerias, grocery stores and pastry shops. Most shops close between 19.30 and 21.00. Restaurants generally serve lunch between 12.00 and 14.00 and dinner between 19.00 and 22.30. The apartment is also very close to Campo Santa Margherita, the student area, where you can find many places with live music.
How to move
The apartment is very close to the Frari Church, the largest church in Venice dating back to the 13th century, a stupendous example of art with grandiose monuments inside.
It is located a few steps from the Scuola Grande San Rocco, home of the famous and impressive pictorial cycle of Tintoretto and from the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista, a splendid artistic monument dating back to the 13th century.
The apartment is also very close to Venice Santa Lucia station (10 min. on foot) and Piazzale Roma (5 min. on foot). You can reach Rialto in about 15 minutes. and San Marco in about 30 min. standing.

Check-in & check-out
Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. After 8pm check-ins will be charged with an extra fee of 35€ to be paid at arrival. SELF-CHECK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Early check-in will be available starting from noon but please consider that the apartment could not be ready at that time
Check-out time at 10.30 am.
In case of events of city wide , strikes or difficult weather conditions, check-in could be delayed.
